Born and raised right here in Dyersburg, Chef Robert Cloar has been working in restaurants for 28 years in some form or fashion.
Starting off washing dishes at Dyersburg's Hut Restaurant at the age of 14, Robert has since worked in many diverse restaurants
covering 4 different states. His cooking experiences range from Wyoming Diners, to Coloarado Ski Resorts to AAA Award Winning Five Diamond
Cuisine at the famed Wild Boar Restaurant in Nashville.
Robert's knack for combining local tastes with traditional Italian Cuisine makes Lupo's a dining experience that is sure to please.
